>>7947296It's super easy, barely an inconvenience. Use Pixlr (x is simple, e is a bit more advanced), it's free and don't need installation. You can even add a frame as a layer, don't even need to play with the shape tool. The renders in shapes thread in /w/ has some tips on more advanced stuff if you want to check it out as well.
