For two days I simply had Google as my start and newtabs page. I removed the malware and could shut down my computer for the night and wake up the next morning with my pages intact.
So I thought cool, maybe my tiny army of anti virus programs finally did it's job.
I tried using the custom html again (This one
http://noha-ra.deviantart.com/art/Konbanwa-homepage-450787545). I shut down my comp, and booted it up today with that malware on my computer and in my newtabs yet again.

Could there be a security issue in firefox itself? Any idea why I might be effected?
