This is the latest version. (I fixed the YouTube rectangle).
This is where it gets complicated. I used 4 triangles to make the non blurred version of the middle. 2 to make just the edges (black triangle slightly bigger then a copy of itself while the copies FX is set on Background).
Basically did the same for the triangle within the bigger triangle. Except this one was white and I only used 2 of them.
The rectangles pointing at the apps are all rectangles that I put one by one. Took a while but it was worth it.
And lastly the Apps circles. I used Icons (a circle) and made it big enough to fit the apps.
