When someone doesn't post at least three wallpapers (5 would be better) to start a new thread, please hit them with a 72 hour global ban. Add that rule to the sticky.
There's recently been a surge in this faggotry and it requires a crack down.
Hey ... wouldn't it be cool if NOBODY could reply to any OP's thread with ANYTHING until OP posted three (or 5) wallpapers? Only OP can unlock a thread by posting content, and can't start any new threads until all his other threads are unlocked or fall off page 10 ..? That should be pretty do-able.
