Okay, what I want for this image is the two strips of colors above and below the all flicker different colors of the current palette randomly. I'd like this in the absolute highest quality possible, I wanna use it as an animated wallpaper.
Also if possible, include the tv in the center with some animated static with the color test bars still in the background or gone completely.
