Even if the gravity is so low it approaches freefall-tier. Human legs are nearly powerful enough to achieve escape velocity. In fact, it may be possible to jump off the surface of Enceladus and become part of Saturn's rings for a million or two years. Eventually, or even directly, fall all the way to Saturn and burn up in the atmosphere along the way.
