OP needs to figure out what he wants. We can say like ten million, "Yo find another one," or "Nah women you don't need em."
Truth is, as gay as it sounds, everyone has their own preferences. I found mine was to be with no one. And not for some weak ass incel reason like "oh all women are horrific bitches," but rather I don't mesh well with others like that and I couldn't hold onto a relationship and maintain it like a normie should be able to. (My last relationship started accidentally and was kinda a joke to be honest).
That aside anon, find a way to take care of yourself first. If that means going out and doinking a bunch of broads go for it. If you think some time on your own might help but keep in mind no one individual is going to find you the solution you need to get over it.
Time + your own comfort methods (whatever that ends up being) will surely help ease the blow. It's a long road but you've got this.
