Red: color-wise, same as for the green, but you can add or remove items you don't want through the browser's settings, nothing difficult there
Yellow: that can be done through theme's for appcahnX, again, either make your own, or download off the web, themes for appchanX or oneechan will work here
Windows in General: Full Visual Suite is your best bet, make your own or find one, deviant art is the best starting place for you
