Joining the military has made me more lonely than ever.
My friends from back home all pretty much stopped talking to me within a month and even though I've been in for almost a year now I still have practically no friends in the service. My family is hundreds of miles away and I barely get a chance to go home anyway.
All I do is go to work, eat, click through the same websites over and over, and sleep. I spend weekends alone in my room.
