Can someone please make this 19:9, while keeping the girl in the middle? I cropped it in a 19:9 ratio while focusing on the girl(

I'd appreciate if someone could extend the top and the bottom of the pic so there's more room to make it 19:9, I don't know. Sorry if this request is confusing, it's late as hell right now.
Also, if you could make it 1440x2960 or higher, I'd appreciate it a lot. Thanks in advance!
