It kept me alive, because I knew that I promised to some random internet entities that I'll post a cool pape every day. But that's not my point. I want to share what helped me. Maybe it'll help you too.
1) I stopped giving a fuck about things that don't concern me.
2) I found something that I love doing and put all the time I could into it.
That's it.
And yes, I tried to kill myself a couple of times before that.
Now I'm slowly picking up the pace.
