Question: how/when did you know you were trans?
I ask because I feel like I might be, but most of the time it doesn't bother me, so it doesn't feel real. I have trans internet friends and they really talk about how it tears them apart inside, where I'm more in the camp of "if there was a button to switch I would mash that immediately but I'm fine with my life now". I just use female avatars and online names and embrace my feminine side and call it a day.
But anyway: I just want to say I fully support you Anon. I'm 25 and miserable, wishing I had some direction or somewhere I could go to mentally right myself. You actually do see your way forward, which can be pretty hard to find, so I'm really hoping you can take it and it leads you where you need to go. Even if the path ahead of you is hard, there's one truth about life: you have to pay the bill. If you want to be happy, you've gotta pay. Gotta try some stuff that will make you miserable. If you want to be healthy, you've gotta pay. Gotta push yourself hard and keep good habits. Even if you're about to put up with a ton of shit, just grit your teeth, you're paying the bill. The benefits will come. One day it'll pay off and you'll be happy you made it the whole way.
