I'm not a big fan of music widgets since if your using your phone a drop down is cleaner or lock widget if only listening to music, video etc
I never give up functionality I want. I'll always have a status bar. I have about 4 mods changing it though. wanam to center clock, an xposed addon to change all the icons, their size, padding, etc., a dynamically changing status bar that's clear when I want it and matches apps when running. lots of gestures for things. modified dpi on some things. like the system ui but not all apps.
but I like how you made the widget (custom made?) match the icons in thickness. I spend way too many hours making tiny adjustments to uccw widgets, browsing fonts online, etc. it's an obsession. but I don't even remember what I was talking about.
