I'm posting this to help out anyone trying to rice their iPhone on iOS 8.4. Even with the pastebin in the OP I had trouble getting a solid look down but eventually through a lot of trial and error I got it. Here are some of the tweaks I used to achieve my look. Some are in the pastebin and some arn't. Definitely start there.
>Springtomize 3 ($2.99)One of the most important tweaks I have. Allows you to resize your icons, modify the dock, lock screen, and so much more from one simple package. If you are going to buy any tweaks, BUY THIS.
>LS Barebones or LS Barebones - Tiny ModGreat looking clock widgets for the lock screen. I use the Tiny Mod version and have it enabled using the tweak 'GroovyLock'. Source repo:

>CustomStatusBarAllows you to get rid of useless junk on the status bar. For some reason Springtomize's status bar section is very buggy and doesn't work too well so I use this instead.
>NoStatusBarAllows you to hide the status bar in various parts of the springboard. I use it to hide the status bar on the lock screen since I use a clock widget. No sense in having two clocks on the lock screen.
>Priority HubGreat look for notifications on the lock screen.
>TinyBarReplaces the fat and clunky stock notification banner with a sleek and thin banner.
>CylinderCustom animations on the home screen when sliding from page to page.
>NoSlowAnimationsSpeeds up the opening and closing animations to make your phone way faster than before.
>Disable Parallax EffectAllows you to keep the default parallax options on without enabling the home screen parallax effects, saving you battery but keeping the looks elsewhere.
