I'd argue that ability to move the human race forward, progress, is a pretty damn good indicator of a races' ability and skill. Look at Korean literacy and quality of life pre-1940 vs. now. And that inventiveness correlates strongly with wealth and access to higher education instead of race seems to be a good indication that Nazism is a defunct theory.
