Battery doctor widget, I can use a shortcut, but it locks my phone for a few seconds while it cleans it up (whereas this widget doesn't, so it allows me to press both this and the other booster in quick succession)

Applock widget, I can't find any way to create a shortcut to this, only to switch profiles rather than insta-lock.
The info/wallpaper shortcuts I can remove entirely, so they're not an issue.
Are there any apps that can completely change a widget's appearance?
