The state gets to decide "who gets what" and how much. This is why socialist & communist totaliatarians always preach equality.
Think of it this way... Do you think LeBron James, Kobe, or Messi practices 8 hours a day to be equal? No. They are there to MAXIMIZE inequality. There are practicing to be unequal. Equality is slavery. Inequality is freedom.
And those preach for equality, are the same people who want power over people by them having the power of all decision making. The only Equality we should strive for is equality under the law. But the Left even tries to pervert that. With social justice. Which is injustice. Only justice is justice.
