>>7106757If your family and girlfriend love you enough to where your death would hurt them badly, then I'd say they love you enough to really want to help and know your situation. Sometimes you gotta live for yourself and allow others to take some of the burden to achieve that. Relationships are mutual and If that person Is Investing time In you then 99% of the time they see someone they like and would be willing to help them.
Not to sound like I'm judging you anon, I've been hiding the fact I self-harm regularly for years and should honestly be taking my own advice here but It's hard. So if you end up opening up to them more then good on you, that's awesome. But if you don't then I don't really blame you, shits hard.
