1. get computer with win98.
2. go to college, discover library has free legit copy of win2000. install it.
3. after a few months, xp is released. get it, install it. start tinkering.
4. discover bb4win, fall in love with it, never look back.
even my layout/setup hasn't changed. it just feels more intuitive to me to be able to right click anywhere and access... everything. the start button design seems antiquated, but i also don't like the win8 approach of having everything on display all the time.
it's pretty sad to look at some of these, though, and know that some people have nothing better to do than sit around and tweak stupidly obscure shit just to make their OCD go away.
