I've always loved seeing the stars, they're beautiful. The other day I was in the rural mountains of Vermont. After I finished sanding down a table at about 11pm, I went outside to toss the sawdust. I looked up into the sky and I saw so many stars, more than I'd ever seen before. Without city lights, the view was remarkably clear. I followed a satellite across the sky and ended up catching a meteor shower on the corner of my eye. It was beautiful. Then I saw faint dust clouds making a line across the sky. It was the milky way. The spiral arm of the milky way. I was seeing this with my naked eyes. It was the most beautiful sight I have ever seen. I'll might kill myself over not taking my DSLR with me..
