Clock and date are made in UCCW using the fonts found on here:
http://fav.me/d5r98paDownload the fonts zip, it comes with a whole bunch of different styles, I'm using roboto thin. (The angle should be at 61 and -61 degrees when making the time and date).
The battery bar is the standard battery bar in UCCW. Set the height of the background to zero, and the height of the battery level to 1, make it black and make it as wide as your homescreen is.
I made the folder icon myself in MS paint, but I use framed dark for all of my apps.
