I think my depression is coming back...
I usually get really down during the dark times, but last year was the first year where i didn't in 4 years. It was probably because i got a new girlfirend who really shows that she likes me, and is rally happy being with me. Unlike my ex who i realized after she dumped me, that she only brought me darkness.
Me and my girlfriend is still together, and I thought that maybe she "cured" my sadness. But the last couple of days I have just been really down, and I don't really enjoy things that I used to enjoy. Nothing really gives me satisfaction anymore.
I'm just really scared that I will be feeling sad and horrible my whole life.
