Lately, i've been feeling lonely. Maybe its the break and I kinda feel like I should be doing something with my life, other than sitting here writing about my problems. My therapist reccomended me to talk to go to another therapist who specializes in Axienty and Isnomia because I cannot sleep for about 3 days long weirdly, I don't want to fix this I want this, I want it in a aay because it inspires me to work and helps me avoid people. Whatever, other people have it worse.
