Get rid of the text on the far left and right, as well as the dota 2 symbol in the bottom right. (Feel it's a bit pointless)
There are also plenty of blocky portions such as on the Alliance symbol (the big A), and the strips of black in the NAVI block.
This isn't as important as removing the text and such but it would be cool if someone feels up for it. Fix it up however you feel fit to. The person who made it seems to have put plenty of time into the idea, but the execution was lacking.
