I've been in the same job since January 2017 and it was announced in October that the business is downsizing the majority of its staff. The GM wants me to stay on through the end of 2020 as I'm the IT manager. I cannot stand the man and he's made more than a few questionable decisions to lead to where we are at now. There's been many of days when I just think about walking away. Just saying "screw it" and moving on. Yet, I haven't done that.
