I don't go so deep, I use a custom setting on my camera with one of the fuji film profiles, and I usually don't even bother with editing
In this case, I kinda did, so I tweaked the colours and light on pretty much every image here, though often very slightly (kept the levels around the same, just lit up some spots, darkened some others, to make it more like what our (my) eyes see rather than the camera).
For colours, I go with the color balance tool, making small adjustments for the three axes (once for shadows, once for mids, and once for highlights)
this gives me the colours I want the fastest (I usually only adjust the values by a maximum of +2 or -2)
I've added saturation into most of these too, often in smaller spots, I do a lot of editing by drawing my areas of light and darkness, and colour
I don't go very deep, feel free to ask more
