Right now, you need actual folks who will support you, not "friends" or "buddies". You might have someone who knew you before you got 'famous', get with them. Talk about how you been, years old stuff, normal old friends crap, don't talk about your 'career' or your fuck up. Clear your mind first, you are more than your 'career'. Go outside with them, help their groceries or some shit, anything to get a feeling of belongingness and comfort.
Then once you can think clearly, you can think what to do next. Don't "apologize" or give them weakness, they'll pile on you just for the taste of drama.
