First I want to say thank you to anyone who may take up my request, any attempts are much appreciated.
As far as my request goes, I wanted the image to look like a stencil-spray, but it turned out blurry and bad. If its possible to fix the image and to achieve a sharper, stencil-spray look, that would be awesome.
Also, if you could add text in white: "METAL GEAR SOLID" across the center (definitely horizontal center, but slightly below vertical center as to not obscure the face) that would be awesome as well.
