make your app drawer a gesture, instead of an icon
make your icons the same color (looking at you, lock)
make your wallpaper colors work with your icons. this is easy to do when using white icons, but you dun goofd with your bottom right file explorer icon.
remove the notification bar, make pretty widgets instead.
I'd remove the circles around your icons.
