Once when I was wicked sick and running a fever I dreamt that I was literally fighting my illness, which looked like some kind of insectoid swarm ala Starship Troopers or The Zerg and sometimes shapeshifting like The Thing(John Carpenter's).
It was like top 10 anime battles shit as near as I can remember, a bit like playing Ninja Gaidan.
I passe in and out of this dream over and over, and when I was awake (or at least thought I was) I could hear the most badass neoclassical speed metal playing my head.
The next day I felt much better.
