I don't really organize my wallpapers, but I have a folder for ~16:9 wallpapers and and ~4:3 ones, in case I actually commit to the idea for having a secondary monitor in 4:3.
I like to rename my papes to reflect either the location where it was taken, or the title + artist/photographer depending on the photo.
If I can't find anything to properly name the file, I just give the pape a filename I think suits best.
For my main folder, I just use windows to change my wallpaper daily.
