Looks nice.
Personally, I'd use a different font and color for the current day and have straight instead of at an angle but that's just me.
Here are some of the fonts I'd use (Not colors though).
Fonts are in order
>Brush Script
>Choplin
>Futura
>Have Heart 2
>Have Heart 1
>Lobster 1.3
>Salome (Italic)
>Salome (Decoration/Deco)
Aside from that I would decide if you want to use a colon or just a period for times (Current Time, Track Time). It looks weird to see both used on the same homescreen but that could just be me.
