>>7992504Gimp. For that one I converted the jpeg to a png, then I scaled it x3 to a height of 2205, and I cropped 45 pixels off the bottom. Then I lassoed it to get rid of the artifacts on the background, as well as the stars because did not expand to 16:9. then placed a different star render under it, then erased the stars where the water effect is, like in the original. I think yours looks a lot better than mine, what did you do differently?
This was probably my most ambitious attempt to that point, I'm currently trying to obtain the wallpapers included on the Samba de Amigo ver. 2000 discs, since I know that's better quality than this. I plan on splitting the image vertically, then moving each to the edge and attempt to seamlessly fill in the middle.
