Could someone blow this up to 1080p, remove the text, and extent the left side out to 1920? Then take the image linked below and shrink it down to 1920 wide, then crop the tops and bottoms equally until it's 1080p (after reducing the size it'll be 1920x1440, so you'd have to crop 180 pixels each off both the top and bottom), and use that as the background.
