It will stay on top (if I want it to) but minimize itself automatically and will show up by hovering the mouse around the edge (or whatever location you set the dock to). It pretty much behaves (almost) like an OSX dock.
It's kind of useless to me, however. Its purpose is mostly for aesthetics since I pretty much just use keyboard shortcuts, Launchy, and (as of right now) bug.n to navigate. Better than just having an empty desktop, I guess.
