Absolutely loved the look of the bars in this one. The font is beautiful. I wish I knew what opening that menu in the center-right looked like, but other than the look of the bars, I don't really like much else about this one.
The clock font and dock icons are a poor fit as they don't feel as corporate and cold as the bars. Speaking of the dock, it looks a little claustrophobic. Something I'd try is moving the bars+clock combination up toward the top of the screen and then bring up 6 icons in 2 rows of 3 where they'd have more space, and the dock would only have the app drawer icon.
A couple of smaller points: even though the bars look great, I don't really like showing missed calls/texts on the home screen separate from the ability to open their corresponding apps. I strongly prefer notification badges over the icons themselves. Also, I dislike displaying the day of the week in this manner as it isn't very practical. I prefer agendas or calendars which give you much more context and information.
It doesn't take too much to fix this one up and the bars already look great. I guess I'd give this a 6/10.
