I really love the “treasure hunter” feeling I get finding these on abandoned websites and social media accounts, but sometimes it makes me sad because the people who made these had goals and a vision, but decided to call it quits, likely because things weren’t going anywhere. That’s all made ironic by people taking interest in these types of images 15-30 years later.
