The clock and the player are from the skin "Clear" , and the Wallpaper thing is called "wallpaper changer" I think.
A good tip for you (the wolf wallpaper guy) would be to find some very simple and minimalistic skins on the internet , for this software called Rainmeter. Now Rainmeter is quite unintuitive at the beginning , but you get along with it quickly.
You can either watch tutorials or ask /wg/ for tips ...
I'd say the key to have a good desktop is to keep it sober , simple , eye-attracting and mainly axed on how to fit elements into your wallpaper. You want to create an atmosphere , that you're happy to rediscover any time you go to your desktop.
