Most anarchists (even ancaps) argue that the state doesn't know what the hell is best for each person and relies on violence and should be abolished. Ancaps become a full on meme ideology, however, when they assume that those who hold capital won't just create a defacto state to protect their shit. Instead of communal use of resources (see: pre-feudal societies), it would be in the best business interest sense to privately hold these resources and sell them back to the populous, not to mention the tons of other contradictions that capitalism already has. It ends up being less "Homage to Catalonia" and more "Somalian Pirates We".
Also, as a minor note, you get a ton more anarcho-communists that hate Stalin/Mao than you do Ancaps that hate, for example, Bolsonaro or Pinoshit.
