Carcharodontosaurus or Giganotosaurus would make a mean xeno. They were both bigger than a Tyrannosaurus. Spinosaurus too but spines was shown to be mostly a piscivore and not the badass hunter in JP3. Non dino i would say Carcharadon Megalodon and non extinct i'd say a flying xeno would friggin suck!
