Sorry OP. I imagine this exact same scenario over and over again. To have your life suddenly cut short. The people you knew, the things you did, the memories you had. The moment you die they all disappear. They are all gone just like you. Sure those people will live on and your actions may have a lasting effect on the world, but for how long? How long until they have to face the same fate? Life is cruel and sad but it's also beautiful and special. Every moment you get to live... is enough. It's precious. A commodity you can't trade. It doesn't matter who you are or what you do. What matters is that you are, period.
So to cap off my unintelligible ramblings; we all have to face the same fate one day and you are facing it now. Live the life you feel like you wanted to live. Because living is such a magnificent random happening. That being alive at all, was worth it.
