>>7956069>>7956061so what i do is say i find a 1920x1080 pape i like. i enlarge it to 3440x1935 to keep its aspect ratio / proportions the same. then i crop the image by changing its canvas size to 3440x1440. if its a 4k pape, i downscale the image to 3440x1935 and then do the cropping by altering its canvas size like above. then i run the pape through waifu2x to reduce noise but keep the resolution (the scale) the same. it doesn't work for all papes as it does remove stuff but it does work for a lot. its how i've been getting my 3440x1440 papes.
