Serious question from someone who tried really hard to use linux on a desktop pc several years ago:
How are you guys able to perform daily life production / work / jobs, other than coding, browsing the web, and listening to music?
>I would use clip studio paint plus a pen tablet. and get no pressure sensitivity no matter if I use Wine, or a VM.
>game emulators had less performance and features than on windows.
>same for most programs.
Like, the only necessity linux could satisfy all the times i tried it, was the desktop ricing capabilities.
But what's the use of a good desktop when I couldn't do anything productive in it?
Has any of this magically changed since 2015?
I would dual boot but having to end a session in linux to then boot from scratch in windows (browser tabs, and other applications) is just unappealing to me.
If I could run openbox on windows that would be it.
(I already tried bblean, not the same)
