Wondering if I made the correct choice by moving interstate to a major city for better opportunities, so I thought anyway - yet to get a job and my own place after 6 months of living with uncles and cousins.
Left my family and miss them immensly, we had been all living in a large town for 11 years after living on a property 50kms from a small town for 8 years (originally from near a large city, Newcastle. Moved to the property when I was 10).
Seeing them for a week around Christmas so I'm interested to see how it feels in comparison to Brisbane.
Like a lot of things about living here yet a lot if things don't resonate...
