Started working on this yesterday.
Three dots at top left: Red is shutdown, black is task manager and green is recycling bin. When the bin is empty, the dot is grey, when it has something in it, it turns green and I can right-click to empty.
Got the clock from another skin.

Each of the colored buttons on the left-hand side open a tab which contain shortcuts for their respective categories.
I think it's mostly complete, aside from the 'Notes' section not working correctly, and I have no idea what to do with the iTunes bit (Currently it's empty.)
I'm happy with how it's turned out, so far.
