The first Gorillaz album is pretty damn good. Gravity, Double Bass, then Rock The House? Shiiiittt son, that's some good stuff. Heavy electronic nastiness, moving into a funky groove vibe with a little soft keyboard, then Del the Funky Homosapien coming in and spitting some groovy verses that begs to be danced to? That's why I've been listening to it. That one, two, three punch keeps me coming back.
The rest of the album is so-so.
What kind of music do you listen to, then? Lame old school rock that 13 year old's listen to? Shitty post-hardcore? Maybe you're a Skillet fan.
