A. Monopolies exist currently, so your proposed solution of government doesn't work.
and
B. Every huge corporation with a toe hold on a market currently is heavily subsidized on some level or another.
Most people with extreme wealth don't even have a valid claim to their assets under most ancap interpretations of private property, but you wouldn't know that, because you took on look at the whole thing and said "DUH FREE MARKET BAD, REGAN SUCKED"
