The rest is just mpv to play video and weechat with most of the bars hidden, custom nick colours set and a custom input bar which you can recreate with:
/set weechat.bar.input.items "[time],>>,+(away),[input_search],[input_paste],input_text"
I recommend binding all the bars to shortcuts so you can easily show/hide them. I have Ctrl-B to show/hide the
buffers.pl buffer. Ctrl-N for nicklist, Ctrl-T for titlebar and Ctrl-S for status bar. The Weechat documentation is super thorough & there's an irc channel for support if you can't find the answer in the docs.
