Hello so this is a little out of the ordinary but I would love it if someone could essentially fade-in the Colorado flag onto the upper part of this picture? In complete honesty its for a tattoo idea but It might work well for a wall paper. Essentially 1/2 -2/3 of it should be mountains and then the top should be the Colorado flag (which i will post in the next reply so you don't have to go looking). The Image size it is currently in should be fine for my purposes but (1920 x 1080) would be nice for wallpaper purposes.
