If you ignore the above, here's my other advice: you're a professional in a graduate program you stupid cunt. You're getting along because you're both professionals with similar interests.
Don't try to dick someone in a relationship, it's a shitty thing to do. When you eventually get a relationship you're not going to want some fucking shithead co-worker of hers trying to dick her, will you? Furthermore, I *hope* you yourself wont want a girl coming on to you when you're in a relationship as well.
You want a positive takeaway? Someone enjoys talking to you, meaning other people also enjoy talking to you. Talk to some other girl and direct your romantic energy elsewhere.
